January 14, 2014
Our client had been using their existing agency for several years and decided it was time for a change. After searching on google they contacted three local agencies and provided a brief for their rebrand project. In January 2014 S.C Agency were awarded the contract and work began. The first stage was to review all marketing collateral and implement a plan and strategy as to how we are going to rebrand and roll out. After rebranding (slight evolution retaining most of the design and colours) we created a full brand guideline document that would be used internally and externally to ensure brand consistency was followed. The guidelines included logo usage, font types and sized, brand colours, email signatures, letterhead templates and usage on marketing tools such as web and brochures. Once the document had been designed we worked with Rockingham Forest Housing Associations (RF Living) website agency to update the website, this included altering copies throughout, adapting the site map, improving functionality, incorporating social media and generally improving the journey for their main users (tenants). After the website went live we have continued to update marketing tools inline with the updated brand and guidelines. Part of the brief was to improve the engagement and amount of visits to the website by the tenants, we have continued to work with RF Living on a retained basis and manage their social media and e marketing, this work has seen the website traffic increase.
WHAT WE HAD TO SAY
A very caring team that puts tenants first in everything they do
